Flourish Family Medicine provides pediatric care to children from newborns through adolescents. Services include well-child exams, care for acute illnesses, vaccine counseling and administration.

We provide care options surrounding:

Well-child visits are a very important part of preventative medicine. Your provider will track growth and development, do a head-to-toe examination, and you can discuss your child's milestones and behaviors. The provider will also discuss sleep, nutrition, safety, and vaccines during these visits.

Schedule of Well Child Visits:

• The first week visit (3 to 5 days old)

• 1 month old

• 2 months old

• 4 months old

• 6 months old

• 9 months old

• 12 months old

• 15 months old

• 18 months old

• 2 years old (24 months)

• 2 ½ years old (30 months)

• Every year after 3 years of age
