Mind Body Medicine is an evidence-based, integrative and holistic program designed to replenish or instill your resilience to stress.  By helping build emotional and intuitive intelligence, patients begin to see where they are juxtaposed to where they want to be.  In the work we do in this program, you will discover great power within yourself.  By learning practical, everyday applications of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Biofeedback and Neurocognitive/Myofascial Techniques, participants learn self-regulation and neuroplasticity.

In this program, you will learn to do the following: 

  • Balance your emotions for better relationships and performance.
  • Develop a working understanding of the neurobiology of stress and how to use neuroplasticity to make changes in your thinking and behavior. 
  • Quiet an overactive mind for more focus, composure and effectiveness.  
  • Grow, strengthen and heighten the connections within and between the pillars of emotional, psycho-social and spiritual-energetic intelligence and the physical body through in-person sessions, at-home training and access to group experiences for continued work.
  • Develop your emotional intelligence, “gut feelings” and mindfulness in real-time so you can show up in your life in a way that aligns with your core values by practicing in short bursts across the day.

Most common conditions supported are grief, stress, anxiety, depression including post-partum depression, chronic pain and myalgias, IBS, high blood pressure and asthma.

Program includes 6 weekly individual sessions.  Upon completion, additional individual sessions as well as group sessions are available.
